Conifer Realty is seeking a Community (Property) Manager in Westminster, MD to lead an affordable housing property with a focus on security, connection, and community pride.

You will oversee leasing, budgeting, and compliance while mentoring a team and building strong relationships with housing authorities and partners. This full-time role emphasizes service, dignity, and impact in residents' daily lives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of property management experience.
• Experience with LIHTC or HUD Project-Based files is preferred.
• TCS or COS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead with heart and mentor your team to foster growth and a positive culture.
• Oversee inspections, reporting, and compliance in affordable housing.
• Build trusted relationships with housing authorities and community partners.
• Manage leasing, rent collection, budgeting, and vendor oversight with integrity.
• Guide residents through move-ins/outs and daily needs with empathy.
• Take ownership of community operations to reflect the company mission.
