As a Full Time Community Manager at Zen Living Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the property, focusing on leasing, resident relations, and property maintenance. You will manage and train onsite staff to ensure they meet performance goals, driving occupancy and retention rates through exceptional customer service and active community engagement. Your role will require strict adherence to company policies, budget management, and maintaining property standards. Additionally, you will monitor financial performance, including rent collection, reporting, and expense control, while conducting regular property inspections to uphold curb appeal and operational excellence.
