Role Description

This full-time, on-site Community Manager role is based in Port Arthur, TX. The Community Manager oversees daily operations of the apartment community, including leasing activities, resident relations, and property upkeep coordination. Responsibilities include leading and supporting on-site staff, monitoring occupancy and financial performance, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The role also involves handling resident inquiries and concerns, organizing community initiatives, and partnering with maintenance teams to maintain a safe, clean, and attractive environment. The Community Manager will regularly report performance metrics, implement improvement plans, and help foster a positive resident experience.

Qualifications
  • Experience in property or community management, including leasing, resident relations, and day-to-day operations.
  • Skills in budgeting, basic financial reporting, and understanding of occupancy and revenue drivers.
