Job summary

UNFOLD AGENCY in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an experienced Community Manager to support our busy Social team across client accounts.

You will facilitate engagement, craft post copy, manage calendars, oversee posts, mentor junior staff, and compile client reports while leveraging tools like Photoshop, Creator Studio and Sprout Social.

Qualifications

• ~2+ years experience in a communications or PR role.
• Ability to develop creative, engaging and original content.
• Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent client service and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with native and external content scheduling programs (e.g., Creator Studio, Sprout Social).
• Ability to think strategically and creatively using sound business judgment.
• Strong project management skills and cross-functional teamwork.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create low lift content such as memes and stills using Photoshop; TikTok/Reels using native tools a plus
