Location: Culver City, CA - Hybrid Engagement Type: Fulltime, Perm Reports To: VP, Integrated Marketing

About Us

UNFOLD is an award-winning digital creative agency based in Los Angeles, partnering with some of the world's most dynamic entertainment and brand clients. We create culturally relevant, digitally driven work that connects audiences and brands across platforms.

Our Client Services team is seeking an Account Supervisor to help lead the day-to-day management of a complex client account. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, guiding integrated recommendations, and ensuring work stays aligned to business objectives, audience insights, timelines, scopes, budgets, and evolving priorities.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in account management and cross-functional collaboration, ideally within an integrated agency environment. You are comfortable independently leading projects, navigating fast-moving and complex workstreams, and translating client feedback and shifting priorities into clear direction and actionable next steps for internal teams. You bring a proactive, strategic mindset while maintaining strong attention to both the big picture and executional details.

In this role, you'll partner closely with strategy, creative, analytics, community, production, media, and project management teams to move work forward effectively while maintaining strong communication across both internal and client teams. This is a relationship-focused role that requires strategic thinking, collaborative leadership, strong organization, and the ability to balance client needs, business priorities, and execution across multiple initiatives.

Here's What You'll Do
Client Communication & Account Management
  • Serve as a day-to-day client lead across key business priorities and ongoing initiatives, building trusted relationships and maintaining a strong understanding of client objectives and needs.

  • Lead and participate in client-facing meetings including status calls, kickoffs, creative reviews, working sessions, presentations, and stakeholder check-ins.

  • Build strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, strategic guidance, and consistent follow-through.

  • Independently lead projects and multiple workstreams from kickoff through delivery, ensuring alignment across client and internal stakeholders.

  • Oversee meeting recaps, action items, timelines, approvals, and ongoing communication across teams, ensuring clear ownership and accountability.

Account Strategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Translate client feedback, shifting priorities, and incoming requests into clear internal direction and actionable next steps.

  • Partner with strategy, creative, analytics, community, production, media, and PM teams to develop integrated recommendations and guide campaign development and execution.

  • Bring proactive, strategic thinking to client challenges and opportunities, helping connect day-to-day work to broader business and marketing objectives.

  • Ensure work stays aligned to client objectives, audience insights, campaign strategy, and overall project goals while maintaining a strong understanding of integrated marketing and campaign development.

  • Proactively identify and resolve workflow, communication, or delivery challenges to maintain momentum across projects.

  • Demonstrate a collaborative leadership style, effectively bringing together cross-functional teams and helping drive alignment and decision-making.

Account Operations & Business Support
  • Oversee account organization across timelines, deliverables, scopes, budgets, workflow prioritization, and evolving client needs.

  • Manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously, maintaining visibility into ongoing workstreams, stakeholder feedback, dependencies, and upcoming priorities that may impact planning or delivery.

  • Partner with project management and internal teams to ensure projects remain on scope, on budget, and on schedule, proactively flagging risks and helping identify solutions when priorities or requirements shift.

  • Support presentation development, status documentation, case studies, capability decks, org charts, and other account materials as needed.

  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail while keeping sight of broader account, campaign, and client objectives.

  • Partner with internal teams to support efficient collaboration, strong account operations, and continuity across projects.

Here's What It Takes
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • 4-6+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, entertainment, social, or an integrated agency environment.

  • Experience managing client relationships and leading multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proven track record of working independently on projects and taking ownership from kickoff through delivery.

  • Proactive, high-level, and strategic thinker who can anticipate needs, identify opportunities, and help guide solutions.

  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing and campaign development.

  • Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, scopes, and competing priorities.

  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, analytics, community, production, media, and project management.

  • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to work effectively across creative, strategy, production, media, and account teams.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to see both the big picture and finer executional details.

  • Entertainment experience strongly preferred.

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, presentation development tools, and standard agency communication and workflow platforms.
