Job summary

The Palmer in Knoxville, TN is seeking a dynamic Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive occupancy, and oversee leasing and maintenance teams. You will play a key role in resident satisfaction and property performance.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of multi-family property management experience with strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected; Entrata is a plus. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in multi-family property management
