Adler Apartments in Bowling Green, KY is seeking an experienced, motivated Community Manager to lead our on-site team and deliver an exceptional resident experience.

You will drive occupancy, retention, and financial performance, oversee budgeting, reporting, and property inspections, and coach the leasing and maintenance staff to maintain top-tier service for residents.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in multi-family property management.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate leasing and maintenance teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bilingual a plus but not required.
• Strong computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, property management software).
• Professional, positive, and resident-focused mindset.
