Job summary

CCMC is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the community, including leasing, maintenance staff, and resident relations. The role requires compliance with laws and company policies, and coordination with vendors for upkeep.

Responsibilities include record-keeping of leasing activity, move-ins/move-outs, and resident communications; plus developing marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones.

Qualifications

  • 1 year previous experience as a property manager is required.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws.
  • Proficiency in using property management software such as Entrata, Yardi, eSite or On-Site.
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with real estate administrative processes.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
