Job summary

Brookside Properties is seeking a hands-on Community Manager for The Hendrix in Augusta, GA. You will lead both operations and maintenance, driving occupancy, addressing resident concerns, and ensuring the property runs efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in multifamily property management, strong maintenance knowledge, and proven leadership. This role emphasizes on-site leadership, vendor management, budgeting, and a proactive operational mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the community.
• Lead, coach, and hold office and maintenance teams accountable.
• Drive occupancy, leasing, renewals, and resident satisfaction.
• Monitor collections and delinquency.
• Conduct regular property and maintenance inspections.
• Identify and address maintenance and property-condition concerns.
• Manage vendors, expenses, and non-budgeted repairs.
• Assist with budgeting and financial performance.
• Ensure the property is well-maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently.

Brookside Properties is looking for a strong Community Manager to lead The Hendrix in Augusta, GA. This is a busy, fast-paced community, and we need an experienced leader who can confidently manage both the operations and maintenance side of the property.
