Job summary

Brookside Properties is seeking a hands-on Community Manager to lead The Hendrix in Augusta, GA. You will direct daily operations, mentor both office and maintenance staff, drive leasing activity, and ensure high resident satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes strong maintenance knowledge, budget control, and effective vendor management, with an active focus on occupancy, renewals, and property condition.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Strong maintenance knowledge and understanding of property maintenance operations.
• Experience with leasing, marketing, collections, and resident relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the community.
• Lead, coach, and hold office and maintenance teams accountable.
• Drive occupancy, leasing, renewals, and resident satisfaction.
• Monitor collections and delinquency.
• Conduct regular property and maintenance inspections.
• Identify and address maintenance and property-condition concerns.
• Manage vendors, expenses, and non-budgeted repairs.
• Assist with budgeting and financial performance.
• Ensure the property is well-maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently.

Brookside Properties is looking for a strong Community Manager to lead The Hendrix in Augusta, GA. This is a busy, fast-paced community, and we need an experienced leader who can confidently manage both the operations and maintenance side of the property.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of multifamily property management experience

• Strong maintenance knowledge and understanding of property maintenance operations
• Ability to lead and hold both office and maintenance teams accountable
