Qualifications

• 3–5 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Strong Community Manager or Property Manager experience.
• Strong maintenance knowledge and understanding of property maintenance operations.
• Ability to lead and hold both office and maintenance teams accountable.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Experience with leasing, marketing, collections, and resident relations.
• Comfortable with budgets, financials, and controlling expenses.
• Computer proficiency; Entrata experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the community.
• Lead, coach, and hold office and maintenance teams accountable.
• Drive occupancy, leasing, renewals, and resident satisfaction.
• Monitor collections and delinquency.
• Conduct regular property and maintenance inspections.
• Identify and address maintenance and property-condition concerns.
• Manage vendors, expenses, and non-budgeted repairs.
• Assist with budgeting and financial performance.
• Ensure the property is well-maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently.
