Job summary

Sequoia Equities in Oregon seeks a Community Manager to lead a residential property team, guiding staff and driving leasing performance with a strong focus on resident satisfaction.

You’ll develop and monitor operating budgets, coordinate with maintenance and leasing teams, and contribute to a culture of inclusion, accountability, and excellence across Sequoia’s West Coast communities.

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $96,000 - $118,000 / year plus generous leasing and quarterly bonuses.
