Job summary

Sequoia Equities is seeking a Service Manager to inspire team members and lead maintenance operations across multi-million dollar assets on the West Coast. The ideal candidate understands plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and painting, with a hands-on leadership style and a positive, can-do attitude.

You will collaborate with a team to diagnose and solve maintenance challenges, embracing challenges and elevating the everyday within a supportive, inclusive culture.

• EPA or CPO certification (if not, company assistance to obtain)
• Renovation or construction experience

• Knowledge of property management and maintenance operations software such as Yardi
• Maintenance certifications such as EPA or CPO (if you don’t have it, we’ll help you get it)
• Renovation or construction experience

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $28 - $34 / hour plus quarterly bonuses.
