Job summary

Sequoia Equities is seeking a Service Manager to lead a maintenance team and keep multi-million dollar assets in top condition. You’ll diagnose and solve maintenance challenges alongside your teammates, roll up your sleeves, and stay positive under pressure.

Great-to-haves include contractor/ trades experience and knowledge of Yardi. The role offers comprehensive benefits and quarterly bonuses, with compensation $28–$34 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership potential and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and efficiency are required.
• On-call availability is expected; schedule typically Monday–Friday.
• Experience as a general contractor or tradesman is a plus.
• Knowledge of home maintenance (plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repair).
• Familiar with property maintenance software such as Yardi; EPA/CPO certifications are a plus.

• Experience as a general contractor, journeyman, electrician, HVAC technician, or other skilled trade professional
• Knowledge of property management and maintenance operations software such as Yardi
• Maintenance certifications such as EPA or CPO (if you don’t have it, we’ll help you get it)
• Renovation or construction experience

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $28 - $34 / hour plus quarterly bonuses.
