Stonesfair Management in Healdsburg, CA is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead lease-up efforts for a multi-family development. The role combines on-site management with leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident retention.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of supervisory experience, proficient in MS Word/Excel/Outlook and Google, and familiarity with AppFolio. On-site housing is provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Google tools.
• Hands-on experience with AppFolio preferred.
• Social media awareness (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)

Responsibilities

• Leasing, review of work orders, resident retention, rent management and staff overflow support.
• Manage and maintain property standards and safety rules.
• Oversee maintenance needs with plumbing, electrical, and preventative maintenance knowledge.
• Secure bids for property improvements and repairs.
• Show vacant units and ensure they are rent-ready.
• Manage rent collections and minimize delinquencies.
• Provide on-call service as needed.
• Coordinate showing and rental of apartments as required.
• Collaborate with District Manager/Corporate on lease-up, retention and marketing efforts.
• Full-time position with medical/dental/vision and on-site housing.

Premier Bay Area Real Estate and Property Management Company seeking an experienced and intuitive Community Manager for lease up on a multi-family housing development.

Required Duties:

• Community Manager is a working manager, handling all duties such as: leasing, review of work orders, resident retention, rent management and assisting staff with overflow of work.
• Manage and maintain property standards and safety rules.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and preventative maintenance.
• Manage and secure contract bids regarding property improvement and repair.
• Walk all vacant rent ready apartments ensuring that work has been completed and unit is rent ready.
• Manage rent collections and maintaining low delinquencies and bad debt collections.
• Responsible for on-call service when necessary.
• Showing and renting apartments when necessary.
• Work in conjunction with District Manager/Corporate office regarding lease up and retention and marketing efforts.
• Full-time opportunity with medical/dental and vision benefits plus on-site housing.
