Job summary

Real Estate Personnel, Inc. is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee a beautiful, modern apartment community in Colorado.

You will manage day-to-day operations, lead leasing and maintenance teams, and partner with ownership to deliver outstanding service. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of community management, strong leadership, and a track record in budgets, occupancy, and resident relations.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of apartment community management experience.
  • Multi-site management experience is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Experience with budgets, occupancy, leasing, and resident relations.
  • Ability to balance customer service with sound business decisions.

Community Manager, This position would be managing a beautiful modern apartment community!

Our client is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee a well-established, small to mid-sized apartment community.

You'll have the autonomy to manage the day-to-day operations while working alongside a supportive ownership and leadership team that values your experience and expertise.

What You'll Do as the Community Manager
  • Lead the daily operations of the community.
