Fairfield Residential is seeking a Community Manager for The Sevens Apartments in Dallas. You will lead a dynamic team, manage financial performance, and ensure residents love where they live in a fast-paced multifamily community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Industry certification preferred.
• Valid driver\'s license required.
• 3+ years of hands-on property management experience.
• Multifamily property experience required.
• Successful supervisory track record preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial statements (budget, reports, P&L, GL).
• Experience in writing and maintaining budgets.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Knowledge of Yardi or similar PM software.
• Knowledge of federal/state/local fair housing laws.
• Experience maintaining occupancy and NOI in multifamily PM.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends/evenings/holidays.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Community Manager for a property with over 300 units, you'll lead a dynamic team, manage financial performance, and ensure residents love where they live. This role combines leadership, operations, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Industry certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• 3 or more years of hands-on property management experience.
• Multifamily property experience required.
• A successful track record as a supervisor is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial statements such as budget, financial reports, P&L Statements, General Ledger, etc.
• Experience in writing and maintaining budgets.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Yardi or other property management accounting software.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local fair housing laws and provisions.
• A previous track record of maintaining occupancy and net operating incomes in multi-family property management positions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and some holidays.

Estimated Rate of Pay:

$76,869.57 - $99,930.43

This position is exempt; the range above reflects annual salary.

The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements:
