Job summary

Friedman Real Estate is seeking a Residential Property Manager in Columbus to drive resident satisfaction, oversee operations, and ensure financial integrity. You’ll handle AP/AR, rent collections, reporting, and coordinate on-site contractors while maintaining a strong focus on leasing and marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of property management experience, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office with a preference for Yardi software familiarity.
