Role Description

The Community Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cayce, SC, responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall resident experience at a student housing community. This position oversees leasing activities, resident relations, property maintenance coordination, and compliance with company policies and housing regulations. The Community Manager leads and supports on-site staff, monitors occupancy and revenue goals, and ensures timely rent collection and accurate reporting. The role includes organizing resident events, addressing resident feedback and concerns, and collaborating with regional management to implement operational and marketing strategies. The Community Manager also partners with vendors and contractors as needed to maintain a safe, well-presented, and highly functional community environment.

Qualifications
  • Strong property management and operations skills, including experience with student or multifamily housing, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
  • Resident relations and customer service skills, with the ability to build community, resolve conflicts, and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
  • Team leadership and staff supervision skills, including coaching, scheduling, and performance management.
