Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is seeking an energetic Community Manager for a 294-unit luxury apartment community on the edge of Northwest Austin and Cedar Park. You will oversee financial performance, operations, and resident relations to deliver top-tier service while achieving occupancy and revenue targets.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years on-site property management, a CAM is a plus, and strong skills in Word/Excel/Outlook, with experience in Yieldstar and CRM IQ.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years on-site property management
• At least 1 year as Community Manager
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
• Yieldstar and CRM IQ experience
• Strong bookkeeping and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Superior customer service
• Mentoring, coaching, and leadership skills
• Valid Texas Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Maintaining financial and operational accountability for the property
• Managing and coordinating persons, activities, and resources to accomplish property objectives
• Working with residents to renew leases, resolve problems, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Recording resident data such as traffic, leasing activity, renewals, and collection activity
• Hiring, training, motivating, and supervising staff

We are seeking an energetic, organized, and goal-drivenmanagerfor an established national multi-family property management company to manage our294-unit luxury apartment community located on the edge of Northwest Austin and Cedar Park! As Community Manager, you will be responsible for the financial success of our residential multi-family property, while delivering quality, attentive management for our residents. The perfect candidate must have strong customer service and management skills and must also possess a strong sense of urgency and adaptability to a fast-paced and changing environment. If you have a successful track record of accomplishments in on-site apartment management, then we want to meet you!

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in on-site property management.


• At least 1 year of Community Manager. experience.


• Must have computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardior other similar programs.


• Yieldstar and CRM IQ experience.


• Strong bookkeeping and organizational skills.


• Excellent verbal and written communication.


• Superior customer service skills.


• Effective mentoring, coaching, and leadership skills.


• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) is a plus!
