Westdale Asset Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for a 270-unit property in Houston. The role supports leasing and on-site operations, with a focus on numbers and resident relations in a fast-paced multi-family environment.

The candidate will handle leasing, applications, income collections, move-ins/outs, resident relations, reporting and marketing while coordinating with the team. A Texas driver’s license is required, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant Community Manager in on-site property management.
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work one Saturday per month.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
Monthly new lease andrenewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification:Valid Texas Driver’s License.
