La Hacienda Apartments in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform resident service requests, repairs, and preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and building systems. You’ll prep vacant units, inspect spaces, and address safety concerns while delivering professional, courteous service to residents.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving.
• Hands-on experience repairing and maintaining equipment or property.

Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, construction, facilities maintenance, or other skilled trades can provide a great foundation for apartment maintenance.

What You’ll Do

• Complete resident service requests and troubleshoot maintenance issues


• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other apartment systems


• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs


• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents


• Inspect apartments, common areas, and building systems


• Identify and address maintenance and safety concerns


• Maintain tools, equipment, supplies, and work areas


• Provide professional and courteous service to residents

What We’re Looking For

Schedule

This position works a five‑day schedule and participates in a rotational on‑call schedule for after‑hours emergency maintenance needs.
