The Croix Townhomes in Henderson, NV is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle service requests, repair appliances, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, and inspect all building components.

You will perform preventative maintenance, prep vacant units, and address safety concerns while delivering courteous, resident-focused service. A valid driver’s license and the ability to work five days with on-call shifts are required.

Schedule
