Job summary

Gaines Investment Trust in Henderson, NV is seeking a Groundskeeper to keep the Croix Townhomes neat and welcoming. This is a hands-on, outdoors role with no apartment experience required, and compensation ranges from $18 to $20 per hour plus monthly bonuses.

You will maintain outdoor spaces, assist with landscaping and common areas, and work with the maintenance team on projects and turns, while staying professional with residents.

Qualifications

• Must have strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work outdoors and take pride in outdoor spaces.
• Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience in landscaping, maintenance, construction, janitorial, or similar hands-on roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community
• Keep sidewalks, parking areas, breezeways, and outdoor spaces clean
• Assist with basic landscaping and grounds maintenance
• Help maintain pool, recreational, and common areas
• Assist the maintenance team with projects and apartment turns as needed
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Help keep the community clean, attractive, and well-maintained

Groundskeepers play an important role in keeping our apartment communities clean, attractive, and welcoming. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being outdoors, and likes seeing the results of a job well done.

New to property management? That's okay.

You don't need previous apartment experience to be considered. If you're dependable, willing to learn, and have experience in landscaping, maintenance, construction, janitorial work, or another hands-on role, your skills may transfer well to a career in apartment property maintenance.
