Responsibilities

• Assist with upkeep of buildings and grounds to ensure efficient operation.
• Coordinate with Association Manager and contractors on projects.
• Review work orders and assist in ordering materials and scheduling tasks.

• Respond to emergency calls on nights and weekends.
