Job summary

Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for Pavilions at Pantano Apartments in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on responding to service requests, repairing building systems, and performing preventative maintenance to keep the property running smoothly.

You’ll work five days a week with on-call shifts for after-hours emergencies and contribute to preparing vacant units and inspecting building systems.

Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, construction, facilities maintenance, or other skilled trades can provide a great foundation for apartment maintenance.

What You'll Do

• Complete resident service requests and troubleshoot maintenance issues

What We're Looking For

• Previous apartment maintenance or skilled trade experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license

Schedule

This position works a five-day schedule and participates in a rotational on-call schedule for after-hours emergency maintenance needs.
