Job summary

Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for Bentley Place Apartments in Plano, TX. You will troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical and appliance systems, and prepare vacant units.

This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, dependable work ethic, and the ability to work independently or with a team. A valid driver's license is required, and prior apartment maintenance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and troubleshoot maintenance issues.

Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, construction, facilities maintenance, or other skilled trades can provide a great foundation for apartment maintenance.

What You'll Do

• Complete resident service requests and troubleshoot maintenance issues

Schedule
