Qualifications
At least 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience OR technical trade school.
Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and perform frequent physical activity.
EPA Certification required.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to resident needs and service requests.
Complete assigned service requests within 24 hours.
Assist with unit inspections for move-in/move-out.
