The ideal candidate has at least one year of multifamily maintenance experience, can carry up to 50 lbs, and will respond to resident needs promptly. Passion for teamwork and effective communication are essential, along with EPA certification. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience or technical trade school.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and perform frequent physical activity.
• EPA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure units are ready within 5 business days for new residents.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and service requests.
• Complete assigned service requests within 24 hours.

Skills

Ability to read financial reports

Strong multitasking skills

Strong communication skills

Experience with RealPage products

Working knowledge of Fair Housing

Ability to build strong relationships

Education

High school diploma/GED preferred
