Hospitals, hotels, schools, bridges, airports and more.****Come build a career you believe in.**## **About the Role**As a Community Maintenance Technician at Z Modular, supporting the FLATZ 830 community in Marble Falls, TX, you play a key role in maintaining the functionality, safety, and overall appearance of a multifamily apartment community.This position supports day-to-day maintenance operations by completing service requests, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring all building systems operate efficiently.
