Z Modular at Zekelman Industries is seeking a Community Maintenance Technician to support the FLATZ 830 community in Marble Falls, TX. You will maintain building systems, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to resident service requests to ensure safety and comfort.

The role requires hands-on skills, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work independently on a variety of tasks, including make-ready units, repairs, and inspections. Training and certifications are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of general maintenance experience.
• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge is required or preferred.
• EPA Type II or Universal HVAC certification preferred or to be obtained within 90 days.
• CPO certification preferred or obtained within 90 days.
• OSHA safety training preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with completing make-ready units per Z Modular standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Perform minor carpentry, drywall, and painting.
