Job summary
La Hacienda Apartments in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform resident service requests, repairs, and preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and building systems. Qualifications
- Must have strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving.
- Hands-on experience repairing and maintaining equipment or property.
- Reliable, detail oriented, and able to work independently or with a team.
Responsibilities
- Complete resident service requests and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
- Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and other systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs.
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
- Inspect apartments, common areas, and building systems.
- Identify and address maintenance and safety concerns.
- Maintain tools, equipment, supplies and work areas.
