Job summary

Lifestyle Communities (LC) in Nashville, TN (Germantown) is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform general repairs and help maintain our communities.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of residential apartment or facilities management experience, with a focus on safety, customer service, and reliable problem-solving. Candidates must operate tools and have a valid driver’s license for company equipment. Seasonal tasks may include pool maintenance or snow removal.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent and 2+ years in residential apartment or facilities management.
• Strong customer service delivery, time management and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of general maintenance repairs and services for an assigned community.
• Assist with upkeep of grounds, clubhouses, buildings, pool and common areas to meet quality standards.
• Handle emergency service calls on a rotational basis and seasonal tasks (pool maintenance, snow removal).
• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal, including pet waste stations and trash removal.
