Job summary

Lodge Senior Living Community is seeking a Maintenance Specialist in Great Falls, MT. The role covers maintenance of common areas, apartments, grounds, and safety systems, including emergency readiness and rent-ready apartments.

Responsibilities include handling on-call requests, maintaining buildings and equipment, cleaning and painting floors, winterization, and project work. Daily use of TEL's software for work orders is required.

Qualifications

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Two years of facility maintenance experience.
Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and drywall preferred.

Responsibilities

Respond to scheduled and on-call maintenance requests to common area and apartments.
Maintain the building, equipment, and exterior to excellent standards.
Routine floor covering cleaning and painting.
Winterize and de-winterize the community to protect from winter temperatures and storms; respond to inclement weather promptly.
Manage special projects which may be required to maintain or enhance the Community.
Assist in performing housekeeping responsibilities as needed regarding maintenance and upkeep.
Ensure that annual safety equipment inspections are completed per regulations.
Help ensure that apartments are rent-ready for resident move-ins.
Utilize the Community's plant maintenance software, TEL's, daily to manage work orders and assist with preventative maintenance.
Perform other duties as assigned by management company or other Community leadership.
