Job summary

Gaines Investment Trust seeks a Maintenance Technician at Creekside at Pear Ridge Apartments in Dallas. You will handle service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances to keep residents satisfied.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, preparing vacants, inspecting systems, and maintaining safety. A valid driver's license and reliable, on-site availability are required to support a five-day schedule with on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience with building systems or equipment.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or appliance repair knowledge is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

New to property management? That's okay. Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, construction, facilities maintenance, or other skilled trades can provide a great foundation for apartment maintenance.

What You'll Do

Schedule

This position works a five‑day schedule and participates in a rotational on‑call schedule for after‑hours emergency maintenance needs.
