NHE, Inc (N&H Enterprises) is seeking a Community Maintenance Technician for Camden Pointe Apartments in Mocksville, NC. The role focuses on repairs, preventive maintenance, and apartment turnovers to keep the community safe and well-maintained.

Ideal candidates have apartment maintenance experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license. The job requires willingness to work on-call, weekends, and holidays as needed and involves coordinating with the Community Manager to deliver

Qualificações

• Prior apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Experience troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and other property equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, pools, and other building systems.
• Complete apartment turns, inspections, and move-in/move-out preparations.
• Respond to work orders and resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Conduct routine property inspections and address safety concerns.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs, inventory management, and budget control.
• Coordinate vendor services and warranty work as needed.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and overall curb appeal.
• Support emergency repairs and weather-related response efforts.
• Participate in required training and safety programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Community Maintenance Technician

Location: Camden Pointe Apartments - Mocksville, NC

Summary

The Community Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the community's physical assets through repairs, preventive maintenance, apartment turnovers, and property upkeep. This role works closely with the Community Manager to ensure a safe, well-maintained community while delivering excellent resident service. Flexibility for on-call, weekend, and holiday work is required.

• Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, pools, and other building systems.
• Complete apartment turns, inspections, and move-in/move-out preparations.
