Responsibilities include basic repairs, lighting maintenance, door and lock upkeep, caulking, painting, carpentry, plumbing tasks, and pool area cleaning.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a related maintenance field.
• Experience in general maintenance and entry-level computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Be self-motivated, observant, and have high attention to detail to identify and rectify maintenance needs.
• Must communicate effectively with managers, residents, and peers, follow instructions and schedules, and be dependable and professional.
• A pleasant personality and people skills are essential.
• Must pass a background check, a physical, and a drug screening.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean motor vehicle report.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance work from basic repairs to more complex tasks.
• Lightings checks, cleaning lenses, bulb and ballast replacements.
• Maintain and repair doors and locks.
• Caulking, prep work, and painting.
• Minor carpentry repairs and plumbing maintenance.
• Maintain access gates, storage closets, doors, and locks.
• Clean areas around pool, dumpster, and common areas.
