Assistance-Plus seeks a Daily Living Support Specialist to help adults with behavioral health needs live safely and independently at home and in the community. You will support daily living activities, monitor safety, and promote emotional well-being.

The role requires local travel within a 30-mile radius, client transport, and adherence to the patient care plan. You will participate in supervision and ongoing professional training to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Proof of vehicle insurance at $50K/$100K and a valid Maine driver\'s license are required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• MHRT/1 certification is offered/training provided.
• Entry level computer experience and must have access to email/internet.

Responsabilités

• Monitor the client\'s ability to function independently in their home and community.
• Ensure the client\'s plan of care drives all service activities.
• Attend minimum of four hours per month of clinical supervision.
• Accumulate a minimum of 20 hours of training annually.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
