Job summary

ResCare Community Living, part of the Sevita family, seeks a Program Supervisor to guide ISP implementation and supervise caregivers serving individuals with developmental disabilities. The role includes direct support such as meal prep, medication administration, and personal care, plus scheduling and staff oversight.

You will split time between direct care and supervisory duties, while facilitating community outings and transportation when needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate implementation of ISP and participate in hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support to individuals including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties split between direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement and provide transportation to work or activities.
