Job summary

ProBerco is recruiting for Community Living Supervisor to oversee sites in Berks County. The role emphasizes leadership, staff supervision, and high-quality, person-centered services for program participants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 1+ year experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism
• Associate degree (60 credits) with 2+ years experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism
• HS diploma or GED with 4+ years experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
• Experience developing and implementing person-centered outcomes
• Experience administering skill assessment instruments and interpreting results
• Experience in designing and implementing comprehensive, individualized program plans
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provide a supportive, safe, home-like environment and attend to individual needs
• Assist with daily living activities
• Monitor health, safety and well-being of participants
• Coordinate referral processes and pre-admission meetings
• Implement individual program planning and ISPs
• Oversee medication management and documentation
• Supervise staff and conduct monthly meetings
• Schedule staff and manage payroll timekeeping
• Ensure regulatory compliance and complete required reports
• Provide transportation to participants as needed
