Job summary

ProBerco in Reading, PA, is seeking a Vocational Supervisor to oversee daily operation of the vocational program at multiple Berks County locations. You will supervise staff, ensure safety regulations, manage site operations, and support program participants during work hours.

The role requires leadership experience, a relevant degree or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. ProBerco offers competitive benefits, a $2,000 new-hire sign-on bonus, and shift differentials based on qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college; or an Associate’s Degree and two years’ work experience in industrial work; or a high school diploma and four years’ experience in industrial work.
• Familiarization with methods and materials for education, training and production management of persons with development disabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff including orientation, scheduling, and evaluation.
• Oversee site management, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure safety regulations and fire safety compliance.
• Provide supervision to Program Participants during work hours.
• Maintain timely paperwork and support quality control to meet quotas.
