Zusammenfassung

Compass Health, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Technician (Internal title: Community Living Instructor) for PRN/As Needed evening, overnight, and weekend coverage in Missouri. You will support adults with behavioral health needs in residential or community settings and help them live more independently.

You will ensure safety and daily well-being, assist with daily living skills, behavior management, and documentation. Training for Level 1 Medication Aide is provided and retention bonus offered.

Qualifikationen

• High School/GED required.
• At least one year of work experience or self-employment required.
• Basic computer skills required.

Aufgaben

• Support residents in building life skills, routines, and social behaviors.
• Assist with rehabilitation and behavior support programs.
• Monitor and document changes in behavior, mood, or physical condition.
• Provide basic care, such as taking vital signs and assisting with personal needs.
• Administer medication once certified as a Level 1 Medication Aide (training provided).
• Transport clients to appointments and community activities (driving is required).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment.
• Participate in emergency response and safety procedures.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
