Compass Health, Inc. seeks a Behavioral Technician (Internal title: Community Living Instructor) to support adults with behavioral health needs in residential/community settings at Festus - Keaton Center. Salary is $19.00 per hour with a retention bonus of $250.00.

Schedule is PRN/As Needed, with coverage evenings, overnights, and weekends. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living skills, behavior management, and documentation while maintaining a safe, structured

Qualifikationen

• HIGH SCHOOL/GED required.
• At least one year of work experience or self-employment required.
• A valid unrestricted driver's license at hire and ability to obtain MO class E license within 60 days.
• Basic computer skills required.

Aufgaben

• Support residents in building life skills, routines, and social behaviors.
• Assist with rehabilitation and behavior support programs.
• Monitor and document changes in behavior, mood, or physical condition.
• Provide basic care, such as taking vital signs and assisting with personal needs.
• Administer medication once certified as a Level 1 Medication Aide (training provided).
• Transport clients to appointments and community activities (driving is required).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment.
• Participate in emergency response and safety procedures.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
