Oliver Gospel Mission Inc. is seeking a Line Cook in Columbia, SC, for full-time, non-exempt work. The role involves supporting all aspects of the food service program, from storage and prep to cooking, serving and cleanup.

The candidate should be able to work with a diverse team, maintain safety standards, and handle large groups with care. A high school diploma or equivalent food service experience is required, along with a Culinary Sanitation Certification and a valid SC driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare healthy, nutritious meals according to the menu
• Provide kitchen cleanup and sanitation
• Maintain quality control of kitchen operations
• Ensure proper food storage and rotation
• Welcome and serve meals in a friendly and professional manner
• Engage donors and potential donors professionally
• Encourage OG Works participants in food service
• Assist volunteers in food service
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
