Job summary

Vincentian Collaborative System is seeking an Activities Manager to lead the Community Life & Spiritual Enrichment department in Pittsburgh. You will oversee daily operations, develop engaging programs, and partner with schools and community groups to enhance resident life across care levels.

The role emphasizes eight dimensions of wellness and leveraging technology to enrich engagement. Strong leadership, planning, and relationship-building are essential to success.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of applicable experience or an Associate degree with 2+ years of progressive experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience planning programs, activities, events, or community-based experiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the Community Life department to align with mission and strategy.
• Design and implement programs promoting socialization, lifelong learning, and enrichment.
• Educate residents, families, staff, and partners about intergenerational programming benefits.
• Develop partnerships with schools, businesses, and community groups to expand programming.
• Monitor programs using KPIs and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
