Watermark Retirement Communities, Inc. is seeking a Community Life Associate to plan and run engaging activities for residents, fostering a wellness-centered environment and meaningful interactions daily.

You will collaborate with staff to deliver diverse programs, build relationships with residents, and ensure safe, enjoyable experiences in a premier senior living community in Tucson.

Qualifications

• Current driver's license in good standing.
• 2 years experience in preparing and implementing activities preferred.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience in resident programming preferred.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Passion for seniors.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a well-rounded activities program for residents.
• Support a wellness-centered program and resident health.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents to enhance quality of life.
