Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead department or branch and exemplify service excellence on the floor and behind the scenes.
• Coach, mentor, supervise, and develop staff and volunteers.
• Develop and conduct programs for the community served by the branch.
• Oversee operations, scheduling, and staffing to maintain service standards.
• Collaborate with community partners and act as a library liaison with local groups.
• Provide reference, bibliographic, and reader’s advisory assistance.
• Monitor collection development and analyze budgets and statistics.
