Job summary

Adoration Hospice in Madison, TN is seeking a Community Liaison to promote hospice services to hospitals, clinics, and families. You will build strong relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners while representing our brand at community events.

In this role, you will track outreach activities in our CRM, use market insights to improve outreach, educate stakeholders on hospice benefits, and collaborate with our care team to ensure timely referrals and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; healthcare sales or hospice outreach preferred.
• Advanced degree or certification in healthcare marketing is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in healthcare marketing.
• Valid state driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and referral networks.
• Ability to analyze market insights and plan outreach.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to promote hospice services.

Responsibilities

As a Community Liaison You will:

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to promote our hospice services

• Build strong, ongoing relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners

• Attend community events to raise awareness and represent our brand

• Track and manage outreach activity in our system (CRM)

• Use market insights to plan and improve outreach efforts

• Educate families and professionals on hospice benefits and how we can help

• Work with our care team to ensure smooth patient referrals and quality care

• Stay current on hospice care through training and self- learning

• Complete reports, documentation, and other admin tasks on time

• Follow all healthcare rules and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and prior experience in healthcare sales or hospice outreach required

• Advanced degree or certification in healthcare marketing, and experience working with CRM systems and referral networks preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare marketing experience.

• Possess a current and valid state driver’s license

• Provide proof of auto insurance

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Exhibit proficiency in healthcare and administrative software applications

• Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Manage time and tasks effectively with strong organizational skills

• Work independently with minimal supervision

• Collaborate professionally with individuals at all organizational levels and within the communities served
