Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Community Liaison in Madison, TN to promote hospice services to healthcare professionals, community partners, and families. You will build relationships with clinicians, attend events, and manage outreach through our CRM.

Role emphasizes autonomy, mission-driven care, and collaboration with the care team to ensure timely referrals and high-quality hospice support.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; healthcare sales or hospice outreach experience preferred.
• Advanced degree or certification in healthcare marketing; experience with referral networks/CRM systems preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare marketing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Promote hospice services to hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners.
• Attend community events to raise awareness and represent the brand.
• Track outreach activity in CRM and use market insights to improve outreach.
• Educate families and professionals on hospice benefits and services.
• Coordinate with care team to ensure smooth patient referrals and quality care.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and complete admin tasks on time.

Responsibilities

As a Community Liaison You will:

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to promote our hospice services

• Build strong, ongoing relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners

• Attend community events to raise awareness and represent our brand

• Track and manage outreach activity in our system (CRM)

• Use market insights to plan and improve outreach efforts

• Educate families and professionals on hospice benefits and how we can help

• Work with our care team to ensure smooth patient referrals and quality care

• Stay current on hospice care through training and self-learning

• Complete reports, documentation, and other admin tasks on time

• Follow all healthcare rules and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and prior experience in healthcare sales or hospice outreach required

• Advanced degree or certification in healthcare marketing, and experience working with CRM systems and referral networks preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare marketing experience.

• Possess a current and valid state driver's license

• Provide proof of auto insurance

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Exhibit proficiency in healthcare and administrative software applications

• Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Manage time and tasks effectively with strong organizational skills

• Work independently with minimal supervision

• Collaborate professionally with individuals at all organizational levels and within the communities served

• Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism
