Job summary

Adoration Hospice in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Community Liaison who will serve as the face of our organization, promoting hospice services to healthcare professionals, community partners, and families. This full-time role operates Monday–Friday in Baltimore and surrounding areas.

You will visit hospitals and senior facilities, build relationships with clinicians and referral partners, attend events, and manage outreach data in our CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and healthcare sales or hospice outreach experience.
• Advanced degree or certification in healthcare marketing with CRM experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare marketing experience.
• Valid state driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in healthcare and administrative software applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across levels.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

As a Community Liaison You will:

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to promote our hospice services

• Build strong, ongoing relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners

• Attend community events to raise awareness and represent our brand

• Track and manage outreach activity in our system (CRM)

• Use market insights to plan and improve outreach efforts

• Educate families and professionals on hospice benefits and how we can help

• Work with our care team to ensure smooth patient referrals and quality care

• Stay current on hospice care through training and self- learning

• Complete reports, documentation, and other admin tasks on time

• Follow all healthcare rules and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and prior experience in healthcare sales or hospice outreach required

• Advanced degree or certification in healthcare marketing, and experience working with CRM systems and referral networks preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare marketing experience.

• Possess a current and valid state driver’s license

• Provide proof of auto insurance

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Exhibit proficiency in healthcare and administrative software applications

• Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Manage time and tasks effectively with strong organizational skills

• Work independently with minimal supervision

• Collaborate professionally with individuals at all organizational levels and within the communities served
